(1) Remove oil pump oil pipe and oil filter.

(2) Remove the fixing screw of the oil pump cover, remove the pump cover and gasket, and take out the gear.

(3) If the axial clearance of the driving shaft is too large, the driving shaft must be removed.

(4) Clean all parts.

(5) Assemble in reverse order.

(6) The transmission part shall be flexible without jamming.

(7) The clearance between gear and inner wall of pump casing shall not be greater than 0.08mm? 0.20mm.

(8) There is a certain clearance between the end faces of the driving and passive gears and the pump cover: 0.06mm? 0.10mm.

(9) The axial clearance of the driving shaft should be less than the clearance between the end face of the driving and passive gears and the pump, otherwise it should be adjusted.
